Rancho La Quinta Residence
The Rancho La Quinta Residence is a full-home renovation situated on a golf course, designed to balance modern refinement with comfortable, everyday living. The scope included all new walls and ceilings, a fully updated kitchen, new bathrooms, and thoughtfully selected light fixtures throughout the home.
The renovation introduced a junior primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, adding flexibility for guests and extended stays. Layered hard surface selections, custom wall treatments, and wallpaper were used to create depth and texture while maintaining a cohesive, neutral palette. Custom details and tailored finishes complete the home, resulting in a light-filled desert retreat defined by modern elegance.
